Hi there, I'm Samantha and I’ve been where you are today. The fun times, the eureka moments, the falls, the injuries, and those confusing patches where you feel stuck!
I’ve seen how everyday habits, especially the office lifestyle, can affect a rider’s body, sometimes even more severely than a bad fall from a horse.
For over 25 years, I’ve worked with (and on) thousands of riders and horses as a Restorative Exercise Specialist for Equestrians, Equine and Human Therapist, and BHS Level 3 Coach. Along the way, I’ve lectured and performed dissection for the British Horse Society and appeared on BBC TV. I love helping riders and their horses live their best lives.
I’ve also experienced firsthand how computer work can affect the body, and I’ve had significant riding injuries that led to years of restrictions and limitations. Today, I’m living proof that these methods can bring lasting change.
