When a car’s tracking is off, it causes extra wear on the tyres.
When your alignment is off, it puts extra strain on your joints.
The result? More wear and tear on your body out of the saddle, and more riding problems carried into the saddle.
I've Met Many Riders Who Feel This Way and I’ve Been There
That’s why I created this course, packed with simple, bite-sized strategies that weave into even your busiest days. No extra time needed, just small movements that make a big impact on your riding, and help your body and horse.
I'll guide you clearly, boost your confidence, keep you motivated and give you ongoing support.

Everyone has a natural alignment, which is the position your parts need to be in to work together and correctly. The way you do and don’t use your body daily can change this.
You know those stacked building blocks we aspire to have when riding? Building your alignment becomes your normal, in and out of the saddle.
And brings many benefits!
The way you move every day shows up when you're in the saddle.
Restoring your alignment is like unlocking secrets about your body. It lets you feel what’s going. How you stand, balance, and even those habits you don’t think about.
And guess what...
As you tune into your own alignment, you’ll start noticing more about your horse’s movement and how they’re feeling.
Creating a clearer communication with your horse.
When you’re aligned, you’re not just easing the strain on your own body, you’re also helping your horse movement and posture!
Less pressure on your joints means fewer aches and pains, stiffness, and extra wear and tear.
It also aids your overall health, the way your blood can flow, your bones strength, your breathing, digestion, and even your pelvic floor.

This course is designed to make movement habits and exercises simple and doable, fitting naturally into your daily life, so they become second nature, not another program you have to “stick to.”
Plus, you'll get plenty of unexpected benefits that will keep you motivated and wanting to continue.
You don’t need to carve out extra time in your day. This course is designed to sprinkle into your life in little moments—while waiting for the kettle to boil, filling a water bucket, or even standing in the shopping line. You can practice with little to no extra time, simply as you go about your day!
Absolutely, you have access for the lifetime of the course.
None! You can use whatever’s around you, no special equipment or space needed. These exercises can be done anywhere (I even do them while waiting in the shopping line!). Your body itself becomes your gym.
Sprinkle practice throughout your day in small, manageable bursts at a pace that suits you. The more consistently you weave these exercises into your routine, the faster you’ll notice real improvements in how your body feels in and out of the saddle.
Definitely! The strategies in this course help you prepare for the saddle between rides, while also improving your alignment, body awareness, balance, and comfort in daily life. That way, you make steady progress—even if you’re not riding every day.
Absolutely! Even as an advanced rider, you can discover subtleties and insights that make a big difference. And the course works for riders of all levels too.
Screen Time to Saddle Time focuses on balancing desk life with riding and daily life, and it does cover alignment. The Aligned Rider goes deeper into the foundations of alignment, helping you understand and correct the patterns that shape your position both in and out of the saddle.
